The location was handy, a short walk to Double Dragon Plaza. I ate at the in-house restaurant near the hotel. I booked a room with a comfortable bed, climate control, a personal safe and multi-channel television.

Pool closing too early!!! Noise from unmindful guests in the corridors and poor internet connection are frustrating!!! More soundproofing would improve the sleep quality significantly!!! Mould in the bathroom needs urgent attention!!!

The room was clean and the bed was comfortable, awesome for a good night's rest. The staff were attentive and responsive to my needs during my one-night stay.
I noticed that some areas could use a bit more maintenance.

The location is super convenient, just a short walk to MOA Arena for concerts, a big plus for me. The room was nice, equipped with a microwave and a minibar for snacks. Beds were comfy, and having a bidet was a great touch. The breakfast buffet had a good variety, and most staff were friendly and helpful throughout my stay. I was particularly impressed by the pool's clarity. It looked well-maintained and safe for my niece. The standout was Cheryl, the housekeeper, who went out of her way to, even bringing a gift for my niece. On the downside, the check-in process was frustrating. I waited three hours for my room despite asking for an early check-in. The lobby gets crowded, especially during peak times. The breakfast quality didn't meet my expectations from previous stays. I found mold on dinner rolls and overcooked eggs. Room cleanliness could improve too, as we ran out of toiletries. Hotel 101 has potential but needs to address these service issues for a smoother experience.

Feel welcome. The hotel was clean, and the location offered easy access to nearby attractions. The dining options could be improved, as they were somewhat limited.

The location next to MOA is ideal for families, and my kids loved the pool! The staff were friendly, and a special shoutout to Cheryl. The housekeeping kept everything tidy.
My wife says that the breakfast area was very crowded and noisy. It would be great if there was a separate, quieter dining space for families.

The location is good, as it's within walking distance of the Mall of Asia. For a better experience, plan to grab food outside rather than relying on what they offer.
